Yellow Homes, with a base near Norwich, is a UK property investment and property management company. While our current portfolio focuses on Norfolk, Suffolk, Lincolnshire and Nottingham, we have partners (and are happy) to work UK-wide.

Janice James (JJ)
Co-Founder Director and Proprietor
JJ fulfils Yellow Homes’ collaboration, transformation and partnership role. Consistently working to join things up and make improvements. An accomplished Property investor, Landlord and 10+ years as an HMO tenant (in various UK locations whilst working away from home) gives JJ real life experience of investor, Landlord and Tenant worries and wants.
Outside of Yellow Homes JJ is a Trustee at a local Day Care Centre for the elderly, a keen fitness enthusiast, horse lover and ‘dog mum’ to Orson (a Bernese Mountain Dog) see below.
Thomas Reed
Co-Founder Director & Proprietor
Thomas is Yellow Homes’ details, diligence and operations expert. He ensures things run like clock-work. Having been a tenant in HMOs both in the UK and abroad, a Landlord to several proprieties and property investor, Thomas brings the very latest best-practice to Yellow Homes.
Outside of Yellow Homes Thomas is an ex athlete, avid reader, loves to travel and is passionate about financial literacy for all!
Mathie Peta Orson (Orson)
3rd year apprentice
Orson is Yellow Homes’ well-being advocate, partnership screener and all-round distractor.
Outside of Yellow Homes Orson continues to train as a Therapy Dog, a sniffer dog and remains true to his mountain dog heritage pulling a cart which is often decorated according to the occasion. To date Orson has brought cheer to people at Christmas and pride and remembrance for people and animals who served and continue to serve in uniformed services.
