Each property has a dedicated Yellow Homes Manager who will ensure that your home is proactively managed and any issues swiftly resolved.
Your Yellow Homes Manager will ensure that communal areas are kept clean and tidy, maintaining the high standards you deserve. Your room can also be cleaned if requested for a small fee. Our Yellow Homes Gardener and Handyman will visit regularly to maintain your home and garden. You will have a dedicated point of contact, and should anything need repairing or replacing – you know that we’re on it!

Yes, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to one month rent.
After your initial 6 month contract, you will need to give one calendar month’s notice from the rent due day.
